※ Companions don't have to be fan club members. However, they will be required to present ID (passport)
※ Entry will be denied for children of pre-school age or younger.
※ There will be an additional transaction fee for each ticket. Confirm details during reservation process.
※ Please be aware that there might be some media coverage during the event.
※ Please refrain from making inquiries to the hotel.
※ There is a cloak at the hotel but it might not be available for use.

※ The seat for the Nighttime portion of the Day & Night Set tickets will be assigned on the day of the event.
※ Make sure to check if your ticket number, venue, date and name are correct. If you have an assigned seat number make sure to match it with the seat number at the venue.
※ Tickets cannot be exchanged or canceled. Tickets are valid only for the dates printed on them.
※ Resale, exchange or transfer of tickets via the auction sites or otherwise to unspecified number of people without permission is prohibited!
※ Tickets will not be reissued even in case they are lost, stolen, damaged and etc!
※ Hold on to your tickets till the end of the show.
※ If you don't have a ticket, you can't enter the venue for any reason.
※ If you can't show the ticket via your smartphone app, you can't enter the venue.
※ Only the person whose name is on the ticket can enter the venue.
※ The content of the show is subject to change under certain circumstances.
※ The tickets will only be exchanged or refunded in case of the show cancelation or suspension due to an unforeseen dire emergency. We will not exchange or refund tickets that are invalid.
※ In case of the sudden show cancelation due to an unforeseen dire emergency, ticket refunds will be issued at a certain location for a certain period of time. However, the refund won't be issued if the ticket information cannot be confirmed. Also, charges other than ticket fees (such as transaction fees and etc) are not eligible for a refund.
※ Travel expenses will NOT be reimbursed in case of the show cancelation or postponement.
※ Those who disobey staff instructions and warnings as well as those who behave inappropriately or cause trouble during the show and those who disobey the law will be refused admission and escorted out.
※ Event organizers, management and artists are in no way, shape or form responsible for any accidents, incidents or injuries occurred at the venue due to violation of staff instructions and warnings. In addition, neither the event organizer, management nor artists will get involved or take responsibility for any incidents, accidents or trouble caused among the attendees.
※ Photography, video/audio recording of any kind as well as use of hazardous materials and etc at the venue are strictly prohibited! Make sure to turn off your cellphones if they have any of the functions listed above.
※ Receipts for tickets purchased at the different venues cannot be issued.
※ Be aware that there is a chance that photo or video material taken during the show will be released.
