【Dress code】
Please refrain from wearing casual wear such as T-shirts, shorts, tracksuits, sandals, and the like.

・Preschool-aged children will not be admitted.
・Guests planning to attend in a wheelchair must contact us in advance.
・Guests who are feeling unwell, including those with symptoms such as coughing or fever, are requested to refrain from attending.
・Any disruptive or nuisance behavior within the venue is strictly prohibited.
・The event may be canceled due to unavoidable circumstances such as severe weather or natural disasters.
・Resale or listing of tickets on auction sites or other secondary marketplaces is prohibited, except through the official SKIYAKI TICKET resale service.
・Audio recording, video recording, and the use of mobile phones during the event are strictly prohibited.
・Photography is permitted outside of the event time.
・Due to production requirements, the use of glow sticks, penlights, and similar items is not permitted.
・Standing, cheering while standing, or moving to another seat during the event is not permitted.
・Please refrain from using items or engaging in any behavior that may obstruct the view of or disturb other guests.
・If any of the above prohibited activities, or similar conduct, is observed, staff may intervene, temporarily suspend the event, or request that the guest leave the venue.
・Please note that if you arrive late, meals may not be served depending on the timing of your arrival.
・ If you require accommodation for food allergies, please contact HIGHWAY STAR via the inquiry form no later than November 30. Requests or changes made on the day of the event may not be accommodated.
・Alcoholic beverages will not be served to guests who will be driving.
・Cloakroom service will not be available on the day of the event. Please use nearby coin lockers for large luggage such as suitcases and refrain from bringing such items into the venue.
・Please do not hand fan letters, gifts, or other items directly to the artist. Instead, place them in the designated gift box at the venue or hand them to a member of staff.
